I started painting icons not so long ago, having already formed my own style of writing on ceramics. But I had to get acquainted with many works in the spiritual field. From studying the emergence of the Christian religion and the history of the Old Testament, to acquaintance with the history of the emergence and formation of icon painting. Before starting work on the image, I get acquainted with the life of this saint, with his deeds and influence on the world around him. This is how I feel how a holy face should look. Although there are certain rules for icon painting, as an artist, I also convey a particle of my perception of the life feat of this person, canonized by the church.
